Tweaking Registry
Now, it's a good time to tweak your Registry...
Editing your desktop by following these steps:
Click Start - Run - type Regedit
And, there are the TWEAKs to Edit Your Desktop:
1. Organizing The Icon Size On Desktop And Start Menu
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Control Panel/Desktop/WindowMetrics
Double Click Shell Icon Size and change number 32 to other number (example: 10)
2. Minimize Start Menu Icon
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer/Advanced
Double Click on Start_LargeMFUIcons and input 1 on Value Data.
3. Change AM and PM with Morning and Evening (Or Others)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Control Panel/International
Double Click s1159 and change text AM with Morning(Or Others).
Double Click s2359 and change text PM with Evening(Or Others).
4. Deactive / Turn Off Windows XP Tour
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Applets\Tour
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Applets\Tour
Make a New DWORD Value (if not yet available) and names it RunCount.
Double Click RunCount and insert 0 on Value Data.
Click Start - Run - type Regedit
And, there are the TWEAKs to Edit Your Desktop:
